Joseph Walker Jackson was born in Arkansas in 1929, graduated from High School in Oakland, California. Moved to East chicago to take care of his mother as he worked as a crane operator for the U.S. Steel Company. After Michael's death in June of 2009, The 4 of the Jackson brothers signed on for a reality TV show on the A&E Network.
The show is appropriately called "The Jack5ons A Family Dynasty"
Currently it airs on Sunday Nights at 10/9C.
The main characters are Marlon, Tito, Jackie and Jermaine.It is an interesting dynamic between the brothers. Each one is definetly their own personality. You get an inside look at how each one is dealing with the loss of their brother, Michael, and where the brothers go from here. It is a nice show to watch.

The Jackson 5 was composed of 5 brothers of the 9 Jackson Children. Tito, Marlon, Jermaine, Michael and Jackie started the group under the managership of their father, Joseph Jackson, in1964. "During their six and a half-year Motown tenure, The Jackson 5 were one of the biggest pop-music phenomena of the 1970s.

The Jacksons (The Group)
"The Jackson 5" left Motown records and went with Epic Records in 1975. They renamed themselves "The Jacksons", when they signed with Epic Records. The Jacksons had more control over the songwriting, instrument playing, image and expression of their music and albums.
Jermaine stayed with Motown Records and Father-in-law Berry Gordy.Jermaine was replaced with Randy, then only 14 years old.

Michael started a solo career in the early 80's. At the same time he was also a part of "The Jacksons" group for a few more years. Little did we know how much of an impact his music and life wouldbe so fascinating.
Michael was closest to his sister Janet and brother Jermaine.In Michael Jackson's life and Family, Family is what kept him grounded. Two of his siblings, Janet and Jermaine were the closest to him and nothing says family like get togethers and looking after each other.

According to Jermaine at Michael's memorial, He will always have his brother's back.
In the early years, traveling around Indiana, Michael and Jermaine would always horse around and play pranks on all the brothers.
Michael says "Jermaine was always fun
from his book Moonwalk.During their musical career with Motown as The Jackson 5, Jermaine always was on Michael's left side.
When The Jackson 5 broke away from Motown and joined the
Epic Label, Jermaine stayed behind and married Berry Gordy's daughter.
Michael felt alone on stage as The Jackson's performed for the first time without Jermaine.

Michael's brother Tito, had three sons that started a band called
"3T". In 1996, 3T released an album featuring their Uncle Michael.
Michael was going to put a song he wrote "Why" on the The HIStory, Past, Present and Future album but decided not to. He gave it to his nephews for their album. The song "Why" was well received in Europe and Japan. I know why...take a look at the video for "Why".
